At Cerksms™, we want customers to feel confident when shopping for our art supply goods. This policy explains when a return request may be reviewed, what conditions must be met, and how refunds are handled after an eligible return has been approved.

30-Day Return Window

If an item you received is not what you expected, you may contact us to request a return within 30 days from the date your order was delivered.

Return Eligibility

To be considered for a return, the product must be unused and remain in its original condition. Whenever possible, please return the item with its original packaging. A valid proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email or transaction receipt, must be included with each return request.

Certain items may not qualify for return because of health standards, safety rules, or product-specific restrictions.

Return Process

Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, our customer service team will send you instructions on how to ship the item back.

In most cases, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Cerksms™ will cover the return shipping cost only when the product arrives damaged, is defective, or the issue was caused by an error on our part.

After we receive the returned package, the item will be inspected and we will let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be sent back to the original payment method used at checkout.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable, unless the return is related to a mistake made by Cerksms™.
